First Visit

Initial occupational therapy evaluation: $280per hour. This includes parent interview, play-based assessment in your home or outdoor space, a concise written summary, and a collaborative care plan tailored to your child’s sensory and regulation needs.

Comprehensive evaluation visit including report may require 3-5 hours total.

Ongoing 60-minute 1:1 therapy sessions: $280 per visit, offered in your San Jose / Bay Area home or nearby outdoor settings. Many families schedule weekly or twice-weekly sessions; consistent attendance helps clever kids build calm, confidence, and real-world skills that last.

Social Groups

Small social regulation groups (2–3 kids): $225 per child per 60-minute group session, billed in short seasonal series (e.g., 6–8 weeks) with priority for summer spots. Cool Kats OT is an out-of-network provider; we happily provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance, and many families also use HSA/FSA funds.
